Do we have products with no added sugar?
Yes, some of our products are made without added sugar. To check, take a look at the product data sheet: composition and nutritional information are detailed there.
Do our products contain allergens (nuts, sesame, etc.)?
We play the transparency card: the presence of an allergen is highlighted in the list of ingredients, and the presence of traces of allergens is indicated following the list of ingredients in each product sheet. This information takes account not only of possible contamination linked to our own production sites, but also to those of our suppliers. Before you buy, take a look at the product data sheet for peace of mind.
Do we use genetically modified ingredients (GMOs)?
Never! At Sainte Lucie we are committed to using no genetically modified ingredients (GMOs) in the composition of our products.
Is there gluten in our products?
Good news: our baker's yeast, baking powder and vanilla sugars are guaranteed gluten-free!
If there is a risk of gluten in our products, we declare it on the label.
