Ingredients
-
2 brioche burger buns
-
300g ground beef
-
4 slices of cheddar
-
20 g of pickles
-
2 teaspoons of ketchup
-
1 teaspoon of mustard
-
Sainte Lucie "Crazy Pepper"
Preparation
-
Divide the ground meat into four equal portions, then shape them into balls. Flatten them slightly and season with salt and pepper.
-
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Place the pieces of meat on the hot surface, then flatten them to form thin, even steaks.
-
Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until a golden brown crust forms.
-
Place a slice of cheddar on each steak just before it's done cooking and let it melt for a few moments.
-
Cut the burger buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside surfaces.
-
Toast the bread on the grill or in a skillet until it becomes crispy.
-
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
-
Spread the sauce on the bottom of the buns.
-
Add a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a few onion rings, and some pickle strips.
-
Place the hot steak, topped with melted cheddar, on the bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
