Preparation
-
Pour the flour into a large mixing bowl, then add the salt, baker's yeast, and olive oil in that order.
-
Gradually pour in the warm water while mixing.
-
Stir thoroughly until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl.
-
Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a cloth in a warm place.
-
After resting, sprinkle flour on the work surface and place the pizza dough on it.
-
Work it as you would work bread dough.
-
Shape your pizza to fit the size of your baking sheet.
-
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
-
Rinse the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly.
-
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the peppers for 5 minutes.
-
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough.
-
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on top of the tomato sauce.
-
Cut the ham into large pieces.
-
Place the peppers on the pizza, then add the ham.
-
Add the Sainte Lucie Pizza Seasoning, a little salt and pepper, and then pour in the rest of the olive oil.
-
Arrange the olives on top.
-
Bake for 17 minutes.
