- 12 sausages
- 2 puff pastries
- 1 egg yolk
- A pinch of Herbes de Provence Sainte Lucie
- Eye Makeup Sainte Lucie
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips lengthwise.
- Sprinkle the sausages with herbes de Provence, then wrap them in the strips of puff pastry.
- Brush the mummies with egg yolk, then bake them for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool slightly, then add the eye decorations to the sausages.
