Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7). Sauté the red berries, fresh or frozen, in a pan with a little butter and a packet of vanilla sugar.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, egg, yolks from the other 2 eggs, salt, chopped almonds, second packet of vanilla sugar, and 70 g of melted butter. Work the mixture until you obtain a sandy dough.
In a cake pan, pour a little crumbled dough into the bottom, then add the red berries.
Spread evenly, then place the remaining dough on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (gas mark 6-7) for 35 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
