How do I sponsor and track my referrals?
Go to your customer area, "Sponsorship" tab. You'll find your unique code to share and a dashboard to track your rewards.
What about access rights and rectifications?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You can modify your information directly in your customer area or by making a request to our Customer Service department via our contact form. In accordance with the law, we undertake to respond within one month of receiving your request.
How can I receive exclusive offers and information about Saint Lucia?
Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the website. You'll receive our recipes, tips and special offers. Simply tick the box accepting our data protection policy (RGPD). Easy and guaranteed spam-free!
I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Don't panic! Click on " My Account ", then on "Forgot your password? Enter your e-mail address and you'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I create my customer account?
Click on "My Account " (at the top of the page, on the yellow banner), enter your e-mail address and validate. You'll receive an e-mail to set your password and activate your account. You'll then be able to track your orders, manage your info and take advantage of our sponsorship program!
